Accepting an Appointment

>Once you are confirmed on the appointment, you will be prompted to accept the massage to let Zeel know that you know you are going to the massage. Accept the appointment in the app by tapping ACCEPT. If you are no longer available for the appointment, tap DECLINE.

Please accept or decline promptly, so we can confirm the appointment for the client. If you have any technical trouble accepting a request after being confirmed, contact Provider Support via in-app chat, and they will assist you quickly. 

Once you’ve accepted the appointment, it will be shown on your Zeel calendar and in your Confirmed list, in chronological order by date.

At this point, clients are told:

  • To have an area clear for you and your table

  • To provide their own linens

  • That you will be arriving 15 minutes prior to start time (start time is always hands-on time)

NOTE: Clients have 10 minutes to cancel a confirmed booking without penalty. If the client cancels, you will also have to confirm the cancellation in the app.
