App Troubleshooting

If you notice your app is not functioning properly, first make sure you have the most updated version available. You can check for updates in the iOS App Store or Google Play store for Android.

There are a few ways to troubleshoot errors in the app

  1. Force quit the app. On iOS, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and then swipe up on the app to quit. On Android, hold down the app icon and swipe up to quit. Log out and log back in.

  2. Delete and reinstall the app (your account will not be impacted).

  3. Turn your phone off and on again.

To alert our team of a potential bug, please use the "Report App Issue" feature in the app's side menu. Include screenshots and a description of what's happening.

Additionally, we encourage you to use the "Give App Feedback" feature from the app's side menu to submit your issue to our technology team. Along with your description of the issue you’re having, please include screenshots or screen recordings illustrating it.
