Availability, Autobooking, and Direct Calendar Booking

Ready to add Availability blocks to your calendar? Here's how

  • Navigate to the Schedule tab, tap the + button, and choose Availability.

  • Add and subtract 30-minute increments by tapping the circles on the right side of the screen. You can also add time blocks to multiple days at once; Just note that tomorrow is the earliest date to which you can add availability.

  • Once you've added your available hours, Tap Continue to review.

  • From here, you can specify the location zones where you want to receive requests during these times. Any location adjustments you make here only apply to this particular availability; you'll continue to receive other requests for the zones specified in your profile.

  • If you want to remove availability, tap Delete from the Availability Details screen, or tap Done to save changes. Now the Availability time blocks appear in your schedule as green boxes.

  • Note that you cannot add same-day Availability blocks; Availability must be added for tomorrow or later.

Direct Client Booking Based on Your Availability

Adding Availability will allow clients you’ve seen before to see your available time slots and request you specifically through a rebooking feature.

Clients are able to choose a time slot for single or back-to-back requests. They cannot view availability for requests that require multiple providers, such as couples massages. 

Only clients you’ve had sessions with previously will be able to request an appointment with you based on your availability. Clients you’ve blocked will NOT be able to see your availability or book with you.

Autobooking During Your Available Time

When you set Availability, you can also have Zeel automatically reply to requests that fit your schedule and criteria, without you needing to manually respond with your availability. 

To enable Autobooking, open your Zeel Provider App, go to My Profile → Appointment Preferences, and check the box for Autobooking.

Once confirmed, you’ll still need to accept the appointment in the Provider App, just as you do when you manually reply to appointment requests. Note that declining a significant percentage of appointments booked during your Availability blocks may cause the Autobooking feature to be disabled on your account. 

Autobooking is only available for next-day or advance appointments. You will never be autobooked on a same-day appointment.

Setting availability does not guarantee that you will be booked automatically. Factors including client prioritization, ratings, and cancellation rate will still impact the requests and successful bookings you receive.
