Availability & Unavailability

Adding Availability and Unavailability in the Zeel Provider app makes it easier to get booked on appointments during the hours you want to work—and to screen out the ones you don’t want with total precision and control. You can set yourself as available or unavailable in increments of half an hour or multiple days in a row.

Adding Availability blocks to your schedule has several unique benefits: 

  • Zeel will automatically reply to requests that match the times you’ve indicated as being available if they also match your other appointment preferences, such as locations and appointment types.

  • Your Availability blocks become visible to clients you’ve seen before, who will be able to book with you directly by choosing from your available time slots. Note that clients you’ve blocked will NOT be able to see your calendar or book with you.

Note that you will still receive appointment requests during times you haven’t specified Availability or Unavailability. During those times, Zeel will not auto-respond to requests for you, nor will your calendar be visible for direct booking by past clients.

Setting Unavailability in your calendar allows you to completely silence all requests for the times you definitely won’t be available.
