Supply Checklist

  • Massage chair: Some clients may have a chair on-site; check appointment details.

  • Disposable face cradle covers: These can be purchased from Massage Warehouse or EarthLite—see the article on Provider Perks & Benefits to learn about exclusive discounts!

  • Hand Sanitizer

  • Sanitizing wipes: Organic or non-toxic wipes preferred

  • Lotion: Unscented & hypoallergenic

  • Music: Use only if working in a dedicated, private space (NOT in a communal area or workspace). As always, use an ad-free playlist, and if you prefer to stream it, have an offline playlist ready, in case you encounter connectivity issues.

Parking and Reimbursement

If you are driving to a Zeel@Work appointment, always give yourself enough time to find parking!

With the exception of most New York City-based appointments, many Zeel@Work appointments include reimbursement for parking fees. Check the appointment details in your app to confirm this. 

If parking is reimbursable, you must email your receipt to help@zeel.com within 24 hours. Note that parking receipts cannot be uploaded during checkout, as is possible with in-home appointments.
