Checking Out of a Zeel@Work Chair Massage Appointment
Accessing the Checkout Screen
At the end of your chair massage event, the checkout screen will appear in your Zeel Provider App.
The checkout button will remain inactive until the event’s official end time.
Handling "Action Required" Notices
If a screen appears that says "Action Required", it means that one or more booked slots have not been marked as No Show or Completed.
🚨 Slots needing action will appear in red.
How to Resolve This:
Tap the client’s name to take action.
Select:
No Show (if the client did not attend).
Complete (if the session was provided).
Use Timer (if the session still needs to be given—this restarts the session timer).
Repeat these steps for any remaining clients on the list.
Once all actions are completed, the Checkout Screen will appear.
Finalizing Checkout
Check out as you would for any other appointment.
🚗 Parking Receipts:
If parking is reimbursable, you must upload a valid parking receipt to the appointment before checking out. If you are unable to do so, please do not check out and email your receipt to help@zeel.com within 24 hours so that the support team can assist.
Note: Parking is not reimbursable in New York City.
