Contacting Clients Through the App

Zeel makes it easy to contact a client with whom you have a confirmed appointment while also protecting your privacy. From the Confirmed Appointment Details screen, you’ll see Text and Call buttons below the client’s name, which are active before and for a short time after the appointment.

To Text the Client

To send an SMS message, simply tap the Text button and an SMS chat with the client will begin. To protect your privacy, the client will not see your mobile number in the incoming message, so be sure to introduce yourself if you’re starting the exchange, i.e. “Hi, this is Jane, your Zeel massage therapist.”

To Call the Client

  1. Tap the Call button to securely connect with the client by phone.

  2. In a few seconds, your phone will ring from a proxy number, which is an intermediary to protect the privacy of your personal number. When you answer, it will automatically dial your client through the proxy. 

  3. If the client doesn't answer, leave a voicemail and proceed with the appointment as planned, making sure to arrive on time.
