Providers in the Zeel network have the right to:
Decline appointments at any time
End an appointment early if needed
Block a client from future requests

How to Block a Client

  • During checkout, you can block the client from sending you future requests.

  • If you wish to block a client after checkout, contact Provider Support to request the block.

Providing Feedback on Clients

  • At checkout, you will be asked to rate the client (1 to 5 stars) and provide additional feedback.

  • Your honest feedback helps Zeel maintain a safe and professional environment for all providers.

  • If you have a safety-related concern, you are strongly encouraged to contact Provider Support via:
