Extending a Session

If the client requests an extension and you are available to spend extra time with them, you can add extensions in 15- or 30-minute increments. If the client asks for an extension, please make sure they know that adding time to the session will incur additional charges.

Appointment extensions are logged in the provider app during the checkout process.

After you tap Check Out, the appointment details will appear. Find Appointment Duration and open the dropdown menu next to it. From there you can adjust the length of the massage in 15 minute increments.

Never add on time without the client’s explicit permission or solicit clients for extensions.
