Getting Paid by Zeel

Providers are paid weekly via direct deposit for appointments completed in the previous week. The weekly pay period runs from Monday–Sunday, with payments processed on Tuesdays. Payments typically take 2 business days to appear in your bank account, depending upon your bank's internal processes.

Updating Your Payment Information

You can update your direct deposit information in the Provider App. From the main menu, go to My ProfileDirect Deposit Information.

Payment History

You can see a breakdown of all your earnings in the Payment section of the Zeel Provider App. Here you’ll see earnings for both the current and previous pay periods. Tap any weekly payment to see additional details, such as date processed and destination bank account. Watch this video to see it in action:
