How Do Zeel@Work Appointments Work?

  • Appointments typically occur during business hours Monday - Friday

  • Schedules are created for the provider in the app and reminders are sent to the clients a few minutes before each session

  • Clients will often request the same provider which equals regular bookings

  • Employees usually find out about the massage event a week or two in advance so there is a lot of anticipation for your arrival!

  • Depending on their needs, offices may book a single or repeating event

Session Scheduling

There are three (3) main ways that clients may choose to schedule their events, which you will see specified in the appointment notes:

  1. Walk up: This is a first come, first served event, as you would see at a convention

  2. Sign up: Employees use Zeel’s scheduling link to book a specific massage slot. Employee massage times show up right in your app and are easy for you to review.

  3. Schedule on-site: Occasionally, offices prefer to use on-site schedule. We recommend checking off the massage slots as they are finished, but you are not required to enter it into the app.

Note that some events are employee paid, so it is critical that you confirm that the correct employee is getting a massage. Generally, only employees scheduled in your app should receive a massage (this way we can make sure that they are charged for their massage slot)
