How to Reach the Trust & Safety Team

If you need to speak with the Trust & Safety Team, start by contacting Provider Support via in-app chat or by emailing help@zeel.com. If appropriate or necessary, your issue will be escalated to Trust & Safety, who will determine next steps. 

Note that if you have a complaint or concern about a client or fellow provider, neither your name nor the content of your concern will ever be shared with them.
