How Zeel Prioritizes the Safety and Security of Providers

Zeel requires all clients to verify their identity using a mix of technologies, including mobile phone verification and driver’s license review. We utilize ID and mobile phone verification, anti-fraud software, and most importantly, feedback from the providers in our network to determine if a client should be blocked from our platform. 

As with any spa, massage storefront, clinic, or medical office, Zeel does not conduct background checks or perform Google searches on its customers.

We strongly encourage the providers in our network to report any concerns they may have to Provider Support, who will swiftly address the matter and, if necessary, escalate it to Trust & Safety. Together, Provider Support and Trust & Safety work 7 days a week to rapidly respond to safety concerns expressed by clients, patients, or providers on the Zeel platform.
