Insurance Coverage:
Medical massage is generally covered by insurance.
Therapists must have an NPI (National Provider Identifier) number for insurance billing.
Clinical Documentation Requirements
📝 Initial Evaluation & Ongoing Documentation
On the first visit, providers must complete a comprehensive initial evaluation.
For every treatment, providers must complete:
Patient intake forms
Functional outcome & pain scales
Detailed SOAP notes

Do not share patient information with anyone outside of Zeel’s clinical team.
Violating HIPAA can result in suspension of your professional license.
If you need to communicate with Zeel about a medical treatment:
Use secure, in-app chat.
Never email or text about medical appointments or patients.
