Parking Reimbursement

Many Zeel in-home appointments include reimbursement for parking fees. To find out if an appointment includes parking reimbursement, just check the Location Details section of an appointment request for reimbursable parking. 

If an appointment is eligible for parking reimbursement, you will submit the necessary information during the appointment checkout process. While checking out, you will take a picture of the receipt and upload it to the app. Your reimbursable expenses will be paid back to you via direct deposit, along with your regular earnings.

For Zeel@Work events, you must email parking receipts to help@zeel.com within 24 hours of the event for reimbursement. Note that parking is not reimbursed for appointments in New York City.
