Prioritization and Blocking
After the session is complete, clients (in-home, Spa, Zeel@work) can prioritize or block providers. Prioritized providers are notified first for those clients’ future requests. Generally, the prioritized provider who replies first is confirmed.
Providers who get prioritized most often are:
Great communicators with good client rapport
Committed to high standards of cleanliness
Punctual and dependable, with infrequent cancellations
Professional, helpful, and have a good rapport with clients
Able to customize treatment to the client's needs, preferences, or health conditions
On the other hand, if a client doesn't wish to see a provider again, they can block that provider from their account—meaning the provider won't be notified of requests from this client.
The most common reasons for being blocked are:
Lateness or leaving early
Frequent cancellations
Unprofessional behavior
Improper attire or appearance
Inattentiveness (e.g. phone use during appointments)
Excessive chattiness
All Zeel clients can choose to prioritize or block a provider for any reason they deem appropriate. Zeel is not involved in any client's prioritization or blocking decisions.
Note that you may also block a client you don't wish to see again.
