Rating the Client

• After each appointment, you will be prompted to rate the client.

• Your feedback is confidential and helps maintain safety and comfort for all users on the Zeel platform.

How Clients Rate You

• Clients are also asked to rate you between 1 and 5 stars after each session.

• Your average rating becomes visible after completing six appointments.

• You can check your rating by logging into your account at zeel.com.

Impact of Ratings

• A single poor review will not harm your standing with Zeel.

• However, maintaining a high average rating increases your opportunity for more appointments.
