Ratings and Reviews
After each appointment, you will be asked to rate the client. Note that your feedback is confidential and helps us maintain the safety and comfort of everyone using the Zeel platform.
Your client is also asked to rate you between 1 and 5 stars. You can check your rating by logging into your account at zeel.com (note that you must complete six appointments before your rating average can become visible). A single poor review will not hurt your standing with Zeel, but it is important to maintain a high average, which will result in more appointment opportunities.
