Replying to a Request

When an appointment is requested that matches your preferences, you'll receive a push notification with the details.

If you've viewed the details of the request and want to be considered for it, tap Reply to Request at the bottom of the Detailed Request screen.

You’ll then be prompted to provide your preferred start time range. Remember, Start Time is the time you will BEGIN the treatment—not when you will arrive at the client's home. So, when considering your start time range, be sure to account for transit time, parking, setup, breakdown, and intake, as well as the time required to complete the treatment (60–90 minutes hands-on).

If you reply to an appointment request and are confirmed, you'll be prompted by the app to ACCEPT the confirmation. Once you accept, you are committed to that appointment. If you're no longer available, tap DECLINE. 

Appointments are typically booked within 10 minutes, so reply quickly and often, and you'll see your appointment calendar fill up!
