Sleep Massage: Concept and Sequence
Zeel’s Sleep Massage modality involves a combination of massage techniques, reflexology, and aromatherapy to guide the client toward a deep and restorative rest. The key components of a Sleep Massage include:
Scalp and face massage
Neck and shoulder massage
Hand and foot reflexology
Full-body relaxation massage (Swedish)
Optional lavender and/or chamomile aromatherapy
As a skilled therapist you are well prepared to provide a relaxing session to the client. Below is Zeel’s recommended session sequence, though you may adjust this to the client’s specific preferences.
