Enabling and Understanding Push Notifications
All Zeel appointment requests arrive by push notification. To make sure you receive them, be sure to enable all notifications for the Zeel Provider app. You can adjust your notification preferences in your phone's settings.
For iOS, enable Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners
For Android, enable: Show Notifications, Kustomer Chat, Requests Channel, and app icon badges.
Keep in mind that when installing a system update on your device, notification settings may reset to their default, so check back occasionally to make sure your Zeel notifications are turned on. Click the examples below to see what a Zeel push notification looks like.
In-Home Push Notification
E.S. has requested a 60 minute Swedish massage today, November 2nd, with a start time range of 1–3:30 PM. The therapist should bring a table to the client’s location in Miami and will be paid $85 for the appointment.
A start time range opens the discussion of when the client wants the massage. You will reply with your start time range, and then, when confirmed, you will receive the exact appointment start time.
Spa Block Push Notification
Avanti Spa, located at 33 W 17th St. in New York, needs a therapist for a 4-hour block on Saturday, August 8th, starting at 2 PM. The therapist would be paid at least $200 + tips, depending on the number of appointments booked during the block.
Note that Zeel Spa pay is a bit different from individual, in-home appointments and is explained further in the Zeel Spa & Hospitality section.
Zeel@Work and Chair Events
The corporate client, Acme Corporation, located at 25 West 45th St. needs a chair massage therapist from 2 PM to 4 PM in their office. The event pays $100, and the therapist will need to bring a massage chair.
