Updating Credentials & Insurance

You can manage your license and insurance in the Zeel Provider App by going to My ProfileCredentials. Here you'll see insurance policies and state licenses you've provided to Zeel for your specialty, as well as NPI numbers for medical providers.

You are responsible for keeping your licensure and insurance up to date in the app at all times. If any of these credentials expire, you will not be able to accept appointments on the Zeel platform until it is updated and verified by Zeel. To help you remember, you'll get a reminder on your To Do list and see an alert when replying to requests when a credential is within 30 days of expiration.

To update a credential that's expiring soon or has already expired, tap "Update." The app will guide you through entering the new credential details to be verified by a third party. We recommend updating with ample time before the expiration date, as it may take several days to verify renewed licenses and insurance with the appropriate parties. If verification takes longer than 1 week, or if you need to add credentials for a new specialty, please contact Provider Support via in-app chat.

If you move to another state, be sure to add your new state license. Once verified, you can adjust your preferred location zones for the new state in the Locations section of your profile, which will determine where you receive requests.

You can add as many licenses and insurance policies to your Zeel profile as you like, to practice across multiple states.
