Updating Your Zeel Provider Profile
There are several ways to update different parts of your Zeel provider profile:
1. Updating Profile Photo, Résumé, Education, or Employment
Email the updated information to help@zeel.com.
2. Updating Insurance, License, Direct Deposit, Preferences, or Modalities
Go to the "My Profile" section in the Zeel Provider App to update:
Insurance & License Information
Direct Deposit Details
Appointment & Location Preferences
Modalities/Techniques
3. Adding a New Specialty or License
If you have obtained a new certification or license in a specialty that Zeel offers (e.g., a massage therapist who recently obtained a physical therapy license), contact Provider Support via in-app chat to have the new specialty added to your profile.
