VA Program No-Show and Cancellation Policy

For the VA program, there is no reimbursement nor cancellation pay to providers for missed or cancelled appointments. This policy differs from the consumer platform because the VA program is a fully covered benefit for veterans. Services cannot be billed to insurance if treatment was not provided.
