What Supplies Should You Bring to an In-Home Massage?

Massage table

  • The table should have rubber feet to protect the client's property from damage.

  • Need a new table? Check out the Provider Perks & Benefits article to learn about exclusive discounts on an array of massage equipment and accessories.

Unscented and hypoallergenic lotion, cream, or gel

  • Zeel discourages the use of massage oil, which can damage or permanently stain the client's sheets and other property. You will be liable for such damage if it occurs.

  • If the client has their own products they’d like to use, you can defer to their preferences as long as you’re comfortable using the product.

Dispenser & Holster:

  • Be sure to utilize a dispenser that prevents double-dipping, as a sanitary best practice.

  • Putting the dispenser in a wearable holster provides for an uninterrupted session and eliminates the need to break contact.

Music:

  • Always ask the client whether they’d like to have music on during their treatment. Some people have their own music preferences, and others may not want music at all.

  • Streaming services are a good choice, as long as the stream is commercial-free.

  • Be sure to have an offline option in case of internet access troubles!

Extra set of sheets

Clients are instructed to provide their own linens, but it’s a smart practice to have a backup, just in case.

Portable cell phone charger or battery pack.
