What to Do if You Don't Want to Work with a Particular Client

Providers in the Zeel network may decline appointments at any time, including choosing to end an appointment once it has started. You may also decline to receive future requests from a particular client by blocking them during the checkout process. You may also contact provider support later and request that a particular client be blocked for you.

When you are checking out of an appointment, you are asked to rate the client with 1 to 5 stars and provide any other feedback on your experience with him or her. Your honest feedback helps us maintain a safe space for all providers in the network. 

If you have a concern that rises to the level of safety, you are strongly encouraged to contact Provider Support via in-app chat or at help@zeel.com. Our Provider Support and Trust & Safety teams are standing by at all times when a provider in the Zeel network is at an appointment.
