Wrapping Up a Zeel@Work or Chair Event

At the end of a chair massage appointment, you will see the checkout screen in your app. The button to start the checkout process will be inactive until the event’s official end time.

If a screen appears in your app that says Action Required, this means one or more slots that were previously booked by a client still haven’t been marked as No Show or Completed. The slots that need attention will appear in red.

  1. Tap the person to take an action: No Show, Complete, or Use Timer (this will launch the timer again so you can provide their session then)

  2. Repeat for anyone else on the list

  3. After completing all required actions, you will see the Checkout Screen in the app.

From there, you’ll be able to check out as you would any other appointment. However, you cannot submit parking receipts while checking out of chair events. Instead, you must email them to help@zeel.com within 24 hours of the event. Note that parking is not reimbursable in New York City.
