Zeel Spa Appointment Payments & Gratuities

Payment Structure

Zeel Spa appointments are paid based on a per-minute rate for hands-on time, which may vary by spa. Zeel handles all payments—not the spa—and disburses payments weekly along with other Zeel appointments.

Always refer to the appointment details in the app for rate information or minimum guarantees.
Do not discuss compensation with the spa manager, as payment is handled solely by Zeel.

How Payment is Calculated

Zeel Spa payments are based on two factors, with providers receiving the higher of the two:

Rate per minute of hands-on time, plus tip
Guaranteed minimum payment, plus any earned tips for completed treatments

📌 Important: The guaranteed minimum is a safeguard in case a spa books a provider for a block of time but doesn’t fill all appointment slots. Even if no massages are performed, the provider still receives the guaranteed minimum payment.

Both the guaranteed minimum and the expected total payment (including tips) can be found in the appointment details in the app.

Tips & Gratuities

Any credit card tips added by a client are reported by the spa and included in your Zeel payment.
Cash tips: You may discreetly ask the Front Desk at the end of your shift if any cash tips were left for you.
