Supply Checklist

✅ Massage Chair – Some clients may have a chair on-site; check appointment details.
✅ Disposable Face Cradle Covers – Available from Massage Warehouse or EarthLite (see Provider Perks & Benefits for discounts).
✅ Hand Sanitizer
✅ Sanitizing Wipes – Organic or non-toxic wipes preferred.
✅ Lotion – Unscented & hypoallergenic.
✅ Music – Use only in a private, dedicated space (NOT in a communal area).

• Use an ad-free playlist.

• If streaming, have an offline playlist ready in case of connectivity issues.

Parking & Reimbursement Guidelines

🚗 Plan ahead – Allow enough time to find parking before your appointment.

💰 Parking Reimbursement – Available for most Zeel@Work appointments (except most NYC-based appointments).

• Check your appointment details in the app to confirm if reimbursement applies.

• If parking is reimbursable, you must upload a valid parking receipt to the appointment before checking out. If you are unable to do so, please do not check out and email your receipt to help@zeel.com within 24 hours so that the support team can assist.

📌 Note: Parking receipts cannot be uploaded after checkout.
