Zeel’s Client Verification & Safety Measures

Zeel requires all clients to verify their identity using a combination of technologies, including:
✅ Mobile phone verification
✅ Driver’s license review
✅ ID verification & anti-fraud software
✅ Feedback from Zeel providers

If a client is deemed a risk, they may be blocked from the platform.

Background Checks & Industry Standards

• Like spas, massage storefronts, clinics, and medical offices, Zeel does not conduct background checks or perform Google searches on clients.

Reporting Safety Concerns

• Providers are strongly encouraged to report any concerns to Provider Support, who will:

  • Swiftly address the issue.

  • Escalate to Trust & Safety if necessary.

• Provider Support & Trust & Safety operate 7 days a week to ensure a rapid response to safety concerns from clients, patients, or providers on the Zeel platform.
