Zeel’s Sleep Massage Modality

Zeel’s Sleep Massage is designed to promote deep and restorative rest through a combination of massage techniques, reflexology, and aromatherapy.

Key Components:

  • Scalp & face massage

  • Neck & shoulder massage

  • Hand & foot reflexology

  • Full-body relaxation massage (Swedish technique)

  • Optional aromatherapy using lavender and/or chamomile

As a skilled therapist, you are well-prepared to deliver a deeply relaxing session. Below is Zeel’s recommended session sequence, which can be adjusted based on the client’s preferences.

Recommended Sleep Massage Sequence

Supine (Face Up)

  1. Assisted breathwork & application of essential oils (unless declined by the client) – Up to 2 min.

  2. Face massage with acupressure points – 5 min.

  3. Scalp massage5 min.

  4. Neck & shoulder effleurage strokes3 min.

  5. Arms & hands massage (both sides) – 10 min.

  6. Legs & feet massage, including reflexology points (both sides) – 14 min.

Prone (Face Down)

  1. Gliding strokes over legs & compression on soles of feet (both sides) – 5 min.

  2. Gentle rocking & compression, starting at the back, moving down one leg and up the other5 min.

  3. Long, gentle strokes over the back, incorporating large circles & rhythmic rocking10 min.

  4. Finish with additional scalp massage & rocking4 min.
